Our Returns Policy explains the conditions and process for returning products purchased from Printing Services.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:

  • Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Product does not match the approved specifications
  • Significant print quality issues

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-printed products that match approved designs
  • Products used or worn after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service to initiate a return
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship items to the provided return address
  5. Await inspection and refund processing

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by Printing Services for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
