How long does production take?
Standard production time is 3-5 business days. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and can be completed in 1-2 business days.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution JPG/PNG files. For best results, please provide vector files when possible.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! Our design team can help create custom designs for your project. Contact us for a quote on design services.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimum quantities vary by product. Most items have a minimum of 25 units, but some products can be ordered individually.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within South Africa. International shipping may be available for large orders - please contact us for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
